At Ginger Snap Jerky Co., your satisfaction is our top priority. We proudly stand behind the quality of every batch of jerky we craft.

Because our products are perishable, our return and refund policy differs from those of non-food items.


Perishable Product Policy

Our jerky is a fresh consumable food item — for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a package has been opened, unsealed, or consumed.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mike28long@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.


Refund or Replacement Eligibility

You may qualify for a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item or flavor
  • The package arrived damaged or spoiled
  • Your order was lost in transit

To request assistance, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Refund Process

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

For replacements, a new shipment will be sent promptly.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before processing or shipment. Once shipped, cancellations or modifications are not possible.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at mike28long@gmail.com and include your order number.


Non-Refundable Situations

  • The product has been opened, consumed, or discarded
  • You changed your mind after delivery
  • The delivery address was incorrect or the package was refused

Quality Assurance

Each bag of jerky is handcrafted in small batches to ensure premium quality. Minor variations in texture, seasoning, or color are natural in artisanal production and do not qualify as defects.
